About The Finance Tour – Spain November 2019

The Finance Tour is the only truly independent investment and pensions seminar in Spain. Bringing speakers from major FTSE listed investment and pension companies to the Costa Blanca, The Finance Tour offers the opportunity to have your questions on investing, pensions, inheritance tax planning and more, answered direct from the companies who manage the finances of over 25 million customers worldwide.

Feedback from the tour has always been overwhelmingly positive, with attendees particularly focussing on how refreshing it was to be able to meet speakers from companies they knew and trusted from when they lived in the UK.

Returning to Spain for the fifth time, we’ve had questions covering a wide range of financial concerns for Brits living here in Spain. Questioned ranged from how to invest safely and tax efficiently here in Spain, right up to more complex areas like Wealth Tax and Inheritance Tax Planning  for Spanish residents with UK based beneficiaries. Naturally a lot of questions also focussed on pension planning, and having a representative from a trusted UK pension company on the tour proved extremely useful.

Cut out the middle man, and ask those vital questions direct to those trusted UK institutions who have designed savings, investment and pension solutions specifically for British expats here in Spain.

There will be short presentations from The Prudential, Chorus Financial and support from local tax advisers and lawyers, followed by an open Q+A session. Afterwards there will be hot drinks and the chance to speak directly with our presenters and local experts.

Attendance is essential for anyone seeking financial advice on investments, pension transfers, tax, succession planning, along with generic legal and tax advice relevant to your life here in Spain. For those with existing investments, including QROPS and Spanish bonds, you’ll discover how crucial changes to your underlying investments can strip away fees by as much as 75% and vastly improve returns.

Visiting 6 popular venues on the Costa Blanca this November, attendance is free, but booking early is recommended due to limited availability.

Pension Options Presentation

This November’s events will include a special presentation on pensions. The last few years has seen a radical change in your pension options, including far more flexibility within the UK system. In that past many Brits were encouraged to move their pensions overseas into schemes called QROPS, but now the UK offer very similar options without the need to move your pension overseas. This means you can access any pension flexibly from age 55, pass on your pension to your beneficiaries in full, and benefit from strict UK regulation under the FCA.

Anyone considering their pension options, including a transfer, or those holding existing QROPS pensions, will get a better understanding of how best to plan going forward with all the current options available.
